What You Will Do:

  • Connect Virtually: Engage with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
  • Guide Enrollment: Assist clients throughout the enrollment process, offering professional guidance and support.
  • Respond to Inquiries: Address client questions and resolve any issues or uncertainties.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work with team members to ensure a smooth and effective enrollment experience.
  • Maintain Records: Keep precise and comprehensive records of client communications and enrollment activities.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Autonomous Work Ability: Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to shifting priorities and thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-Driven: Motivated and dependable.
  • Technical Requirements: Must have a Windows laptop or PC with a camera, internet access, and a cellphone.
