About the Role:

As a Remote Benefit Consultant, you’ll engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, guiding them through their insurance options and helping them find the best paths to financial security. We equip every consultant with the tools, training, and support necessary to excel and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Virtual Client Consultations: Conduct engaging remote meetings to understand clients’ financial goals, assess their insurance needs, and recommend the most suitable solutions.

  • Explain Policy Options: Clearly communicate policy features, coverage details, and premium costs, ensuring clients are fully informed and confident in their choices.

  • Ongoing Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries, policy updates, and claims, providing a smooth and supportive experience throughout their journey.

  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Foster trust and loyalty by regularly following up with clients to reassess their needs and keep their coverage up to date.

  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build rapport with clients.

  • Empathy and Compassion: The ability to connect with clients, understand their unique needs, and respond sensitively to their circumstances.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in documentation and paperwork to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Sales or Customer Service Experience: Preferred but not required, especially within the insurance industry.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computers, internet applications, and digital tools for remote work.

  • Independent and Self-Motivated: Capable of managing time effectively and thriving in a remote environment.

  • Home Office Setup: A quiet, dedicated workspace at home to conduct virtual consultations and work productively.
