Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily sales calls utilizing our large database of warm leads.
  • Assess the financial needs of members and communicate the value of supplemental benefits products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring member satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain consistent communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing concerns, and offering assistance.
  • Provide ongoing support post-policy issuance, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to life insurance sales and servicing.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Prior sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a life insurance license.
  • A competitive drive for success, combined with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Receptive to coaching, with the ability to apply constructive feedback effectively.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
