Suggested Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey information and engage with members.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficiency with standard office software and tools.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Dedicated and reliable, with a commitment to achieving goals and delivering results.
  • Outgoing, Fun & Energetic Personality: A positive and engaging demeanor that resonates well with members.
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Leadership Management Experience: Experience in leading teams or managing projects, which can enhance your ability to guide and support members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily warm sales calls from our extensive membership database, focusing on building rapport and trust.
  • Identify the financial needs of members and clearly communicate the importance and benefits of supplemental life insurance products.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining ongoing relationships with members, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain ongoing communication throughout the application process, offering updates, addressing concerns, and providing support to members.
  • Offer continuous support post-policy issuance, including conducting policy reviews, updating beneficiaries, and assisting with claims.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and uphold ethical standards related to the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.
