Responsibilities:

  • Daily Warm Sales Calls: Engage with members from our large membership database.
  • Identify Financial Needs: Understand and communicate the importance and benefits of supplemental insurance products.
  • Excellent Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to clients throughout their journey.
  • Maintain Communication: Keep in touch with members during the application process and provide necessary updates and support.
  • Post-Policy Support: Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims processing.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all legal and ethical standards related to insurance policies.
