Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate life and supplemental coverage

• Guide clients through the benefits enrollment process with clarity and care

• Respond to inquiries and provide ongoing client support

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate virtual tools and digital systems

• Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or sales is beneficial but not required

• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic remote environment
