Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Remote Client Consultations: Virtually meet with veterans to understand their needs, provide financial guidance, and explain policy features, coverage options, and premiums.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist policyholders with inquiries, policy updates, and claims processing, offering ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
• Build Long-Term Relationships: Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and policies are updated as circumstances change.
• Uphold Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
