Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Remote Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings with clients to understand their goals and provide personalized life insurance and benefit solutions. Explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs in a clear and accessible way.

  • Ongoing Customer Service: Build relationships and provide exceptional service to policyholders by assisting with policy changes, answering inquiries, and helping with claims processing.

  • Long-Term Relationship Building: Periodically follow up with clients to review their changing needs, update policies, and ensure continuous support.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
