Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Conduct engaging virtual meetings to understand clients’ financial goals, explain coverage options, and tailor solutions to their needs.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide excellent post-enrollment support by assisting with policy changes, inquiries, and claims to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term client relationships through proactive follow-ups, policy reviews, and adjustments based on changes in circumstances.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client interactions comply with industry regulations while maintaining accurate and detailed records.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Communicators: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients effectively.

  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with virtual communication tools to navigate the digital landscape.
