What You Will Do:

• Facilitate Virtual Client Meetings: Engage with clients online to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and provide information about various solutions, including policy details, coverage options, and premium rates.

• Deliver Ongoing Support: Offer continuous assistance to policyholders by responding to inquiries, facilitating policy modifications, and guiding clients through the claims process.

• Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups to reassess their needs, revise policies, and accommodate changes in their circumstances.

• Maintain Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies by accurately documenting client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to effectively engage with clients.

• Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with computer systems and digital communication tools.
