Responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily warm sales outreach utilizing our extensive membership database
  • Assessing the financial requirements of our members and effectively communicating the significance and advantages of supplemental benefits products
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring ongoing communication with members during the application process by providing updates, addressing concerns or inquiries, and offering necessary support
  • Offering assistance post-policy implementation, which includes policy reviews, beneficiary modifications, and claims support
  • Comply with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines related to the sale and management of life insurance policies.
