Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals for a Client Support Agent position. You will engage with both prospective and existing clients, providing excellent service and support in a fully virtual environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and Zoom to understand their insurance needs
  • Assist clients with the enrollment process and explain available insurance options
  • Address inquiries and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience needed—comprehensive training provided
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Windows software and Google Drive
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Must have a Windows Laptop/PC, internet access, and a working camera
