Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals for a Client Support Agent position. What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and Zoom to understand their insurance needs
- Assist clients with the enrollment process and explain available insurance options
- Address inquiries and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications:
- No prior experience needed—comprehensive training provided
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Windows software and Google Drive
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Must have a Windows Laptop/PC, internet access, and a working camera
