Key Responsibilities:

• Virtual Consultations: Conduct online consultations with veterans and their families to assess their needs and provide expert guidance on available benefit programs, policy features, coverage options, and premium costs.
• Ongoing Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, assisting with policy updates, and offering claims support as needed.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing periodic check-ins to review their needs and adjust policies accordingly.
• Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and documentation comply with industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively explain complex information to clients.
• Tech Proficiency: Basic computer skills and comfort using virtual tools and platforms.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, energetic, and positive personality with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Preferred Experience: Leadership or management experience is a plus but not required.
