Your Day-to-Day:

As a Remote Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice) that guides clients through the process of securing their future. Your responsibilities will include:

📞 Warm Sales Calls: Engage with existing members from our extensive database, building trust and offering personalized solutions.

💼 Financial Needs Assessments: Understand clients’ unique financial situations and explain how our supplemental insurance products can protect their families.

🤝 Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service every step of the way, from initial consultation to post-policy support.

📝 Post-Policy Support: Assist clients with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims to ensure their continued peace of mind.

📋 Compliance & Integrity: Uphold all ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring every interaction is professional and compliant.
