Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Engage with policyholders and interested third parties through phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

  • Policy Management: Process requests from policyholders, update information, and maintain accurate records.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new and revised procedures to offer the best guidance and support.
