Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily warm sales outreach utilizing our extensive membership database
- Assessing the financial requirements of our members and effectively communicating the significance and advantages of supplemental benefits products
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure member retention
- Maintaining continuous communication with members during the application process, offering updates, resolving any inquiries, and providing necessary support
- Offering continued assistance post-policy implementation, including policy evaluations, beneficiary modifications, and claims support
- Complying with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines related to the sale and management of life insurance policies.
