Responsibilities:

  • Client Appointments: Schedule and conduct appointments with clients to discuss their coverage needs.
  • Application Assistance: Help clients complete and submit coverage applications, ensuring all necessary steps are followed for approval.
  • Training Participation: Attend weekly training calls to stay updated on best practices and product knowledge.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations, recommend suitable products, and close sales.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to policyholder requests such as beneficiary changes and claims. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ongoing Development: Commit to continuous learning and skill development through basic training, self-study, role-play, and fieldwork.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in using computers and relevant software applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated with a keen attention to detail.
  • Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Competitive Nature: Possess a competitive spirit and keen sales acumen.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Team Collaboration: Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Coachable: Receptive to coaching and able to apply feedback effectively.
