What This Role Is About

As a Remote Life & Health Insurance Consultant, you will:

• Meet with pre-qualified clients via Zoom—no cold calling or lead hunting.
• Educate individuals and families on insurance options that fit their needs.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process step-by-step.
• Build long-term relationships by providing ongoing support and policy reviews.
• Work remotely with a flexible schedule that lets you create work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing – Daily Responsibilities

• Host Virtual Consultations – Meet with clients over Zoom to discuss their financial goals and coverage needs.
• Explain Policy Benefits – Walk clients through life and health insurance options, answering any questions they may have.
• Assist with Enrollment – Help families choose the right plan and ensure a smooth application process.
• Follow Up with Clients – Provide ongoing customer support, update policies as needed, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain Accurate Records – Keep detailed documentation of all client interactions for compliance and service excellence.
• Stay Up to Date – Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve your skills and grow within the company.

What We’re Looking For – Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills – You can explain complex information clearly and confidently.
• Self-Motivated & Independent – You can manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Coachability & Drive – You’re willing to learn, grow, and adapt to succeed.
• Customer-Focused Mindset – You enjoy helping people and making a difference.
• Basic Tech Skills – Comfortable with Zoom, emails, and Windows-based software.
• Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred, but not required) – If you don’t have one, we’ll help you obtain it.

A Typical Day in This Role

• 🔹 12:30 PM – Start the Day – Grab a coffee, check emails, and review the day’s schedule.
  🔹 1 PM – First Zoom Meeting – Help a young couple expecting their first child choose a life insurance plan that fits their budget.
  🔹 2 PM – Quick Follow-Ups – Send clients policy details, answer their questions, and check in on previous enrollees.
  🔹 3 PM – Team Meeting – Join a virtual training session with top producers sharing their best strategies.
  🔹 3:30 PM – Recharge – Enjoy the flexibility of working from home and taking a break on your terms.
  🔹 4 PM – Afternoon Consultations – Meet with a veteran and his spouse who want financial protection for their family.
  🔹 7 PM – Check Commissions & Set Goals – Review earnings and plan out next steps for the week.
  🔹 8 PM – Wrap-Up & Plan for Tomorrow – Finish up paperwork, schedule follow-ups, and celebrate another successful day!
